Your home inspection is a product of the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities that your inspector possesses. If you book an inspection through a large multi-inspector firm you may not know who is being entrusted with this critical task until he or she pulls up in front of your prospective purchase. When you call Domicile Consulting you will get Dan Cullen, the owner of the company, who has inspected more than 5,000 homes in the Chicagoland Area over the past 11 years. You won't get someone who was driving a cab or flipping burgers (both honorable and essential professions) last month.

Here are three actual home inspection reports, with anonymized personal information, of homes that were inspected by Domicile Consulting in the last year or so. One is a 1950's vintage Cape Cod on the north side of Chicago, the second is a large new construction Craftsman style home in the western 'burbs, and the third is a greystone 3 flat on the south side of our fair city.
