PAGE ONE: Since you, the buyer, are paying for the inspection the information contained in the report belongs only to you. If you'd like to share it with anyone else, or if you want me to be able to speak with anyone else regarding the inspection, you should download and fill out this page.
PAGES TWO AND THREE: This is the AGREEMENT between the inspector and the client. It details the standards to which I hold myself; what I will and will not do at the inspection; and what happens if the client (you) are unhappy with the inspection or report. Please DOWNLOAD IT, READ IT thoroughly, and BRING IT TO THE INSPECTION.
