Two class sessions per year are the norm. One in spring and a second in the fall.
To comply with the Illinois Home Inspection Statute, classes must have at least sixty contact hours and must include ten hours of on-site home inspection work.
Classes are geared toward those students with a background in construction or remodeling. However, any student willing to put in enough hours can master the curriculum and pass the state exam.
