Excess moisture comes from many sources. A poorly vented clothes dryer, an improperly vented furnace or water heater, small leaks in your clothes washer supply lines, refrigerator water supply lines, roof leaks, ice damming, and a host of other sources. Some are obvious; some require a trained and experienced investigator.
