Your home inspection is a product of the knowledge, skills and abilities that your home inspector possesses. If you book a home inspection through a large multi-inspector firm you may not know who is being entrusted with this critical task until he or she pulls up in front of your prospective purchase. When you call Domicile Consulting you will get Dan Cullen or Ross Neag - the owners of the company - who have inspected more than 5,000 homes in the Chicago area over the past 11 years. You won't get someone who was driving a cab or flipping burgers (both honorable and essential professions) last month.

summarized the typical 75 page report down to less than 20 pages.
Here are three actual home inspection reports, with anonymous personal information, of homes that were inspected by Domicile Consulting in the last year or so. One is a 1950's vintage Cape Cod on the north side of Chicago. The second is a large new construction Craftsman style home in the western 'burbs. The third is a greystone 3 flat on the south side of our fair city. Don't mind the typos; we use a voice-to-text program and it is learning our speech patterns better every day.
